Airtime that

I bought 60 mtn air on the 26th of this month I still havent recieved the voucher I had to buy another 60 airtime to call the call centre which an answering machine after a very long time and refered me to a consaltant that pick up after 10 minutes and told me to hold, had to hold for another 10 mintes when she returned she just took my number and said she will resend the airtime voucher and if it does not come through I must call again thats when they can give it to me manually and guess what im still waiting with no airtime and if I want to call again I must go buy another 60 rand airtime because that 1 is finished by jst being kept on hold
