Ad attitude and always offline

29/10/2013 at 15h30 I arrived at checkers hyper in Vanderbijlpark in town, most of the time when i go to Marietjie Barnard, she tells me that the system to receive money is offline. She is rude every time I go to receive money. She doesn't greet the clients when they greet her. I will appreciate if you could help and look deeper into this matter.
