Last night 15 November 2013 I purchased airtime via OTA 1 Vodacom 1 MTN, the transaction were successful but NO voucher were sent to me. Today 16 November 2013 I bought R55 airtime from a shop in order to call OTA I called nobody answers until my airtime was finished so this means Edgars is me triple... I am not happy with this at all. I want to unregister can I please have assistant because I suspect someone in edgars has received my vouchers & why are the phones not answered, why must I pay for a poor service???
