Long time taken to give feedback

My pension fund claim was submitted long time ago in January. I then realised that its taking too long to be paid out. I then called Alexander Forbes for an update. To my suprise I was told there's information needed by them in order to proceed with the claim. They knew this all along and yet no one bothered to notify me. I then submitted the required information and on the 10th May 2013 I called to check if they have received it. They made me hold so long that my airtime got finished and I got cut off before they could tell me anything. Today. On the 11th may I bought airtime and called them again and the same story happened. I was made to hold until airtime got cut off. I then bought another airtime and called again. I complained to the consultant about the length of time they made me hold and also explained that being unemployed and using soo much airtime and still not receiving any feedback is not on. All the consultant said was "Askies" when she wanted to make me wait again I explained that even if I wait the airtime will get finished and cut off. She told me even though they have my contact details she can't call me and give me feedback she can only receive calls
