I needed airtime this morning and being an Edgars OTA service member i bought 2 x R60 airtime vouchers using the service - 4 hours later, I'm still waiting for my sms with my two voucher PIN. How do you ask for a manual pin to be sent to you? I'm am really not happy with this service it now cost me R120 and still nothing!?!?!?! I want my 2 PINS now please. I tried phoning the Customer Experience Team and I can't get hold of them...
