As always i did my groceries, i was in an isle where i wanted to buy a cuppa chino that didn't have a price tag, a lad was just right there behind me asked her if she can quickly scan the price, the lady ignored totally i had to tap her shoulder she turned and gave me an evil look asked if i was talking to her funny that she was the one wearing the uniform for checkers, as i tried explaining what i was looking for she asked me with such an arrogant tone and started telling me how shes not aware that was because she was busy texting from her black nokia whilst i was trying to get her attention. i asked her if this is the kind of service she gives to all her customers she then replied to say she did hear me.
i then told her i will speak to management about this said to me 'go ahead' she was dark in complexion with dreadlocks had greyish hair. i have never felt so insulted and ill treated anywhere i spend money almost everyday.
customer is king afterall.
