FAILURE TO REFUND ON NO DELIVERY

The dial-a-bed colony craighall store was supposed to refund an amount of R4500 into my account and still has not done so. On 11 October I purchased a bed and was promised delivery on 12 October 2013. This did not happen and one of the salespeople tried to reverse the amount into my account. The amount has not been reversed.

In addition to failing to deliver an urgently required bed when promised, I have had to follow up twice on the failure to refund my money. Today - 24 October (more than seven working days later), I am told that the amount is still sitting in your account. The colony team tell me their hands are tied and I should phone the head office or regional manager. I fail to understand why this is now my problem to fix.
Dial a bed is now placing my in inconvenience not once but twice.
My account number is 1637477 - please advise what the delay is and when the money will be returned to me.
