DIAL A BED AND WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT SOME MORE

I PURCHASED A BED FROM DIAL A BED ON 2 MARCH 2013
I HAD TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT - WHICH I BELIEVED IS FAIR IF I RECEIVE MY BED IN A REASONABLE TIME.
5 WEEKS LATER, DIAL A BED'S RESPONSE IS THEY SHOULD KNOW THE FOLLOWING WEEK WHEN MY BED WILL BE DELIVERED. I PHONED DAILY TO INQUIRE THE PROGRESS - EVERY DAY A NEW EXCUSE - AND MORE...
SO, AFTER 6 WEEKS, I THEN SHOULD KNOW WHEN TO EXPECT DELIVERY!!!
I ASKED THEM THE MEANING OF THEIR COMPANY NAME "DIAL A BED"... ACCORDING TO THEM IT MEANS YOU DIAL AND THEY DELIVER IN 3-5 DAYS... WHY IS IT NOT HAPPENING? NO - ONE, NOT EVEN THEIR WESTERN CAPE AREA MANAGER, HENK DE KLERK CAN ANSWER THAT QUESTION...
IN FACT HE SAID TO ME 2 DAYS AGO MY BED WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY.
WHEN I INQUIRE ABOUT THE DELIVERY TIME THIS MORNING, THE BED IS STILL IN PRODUCTION!!!
ANOTHER 2 -3 WEEKS MAYBE...
