I've bought a Kelvinator 4 door fridge from Russels Paarl. When I first used the fridge I found out the inside was cracked. Went to russels the 7th Oct where the stock clerk promised me a new fridge during that week.By the 21st I still haven't received any fridge and phoned him, he promised to phone me back which he haven't done. On the 22nd he said to phone me and deliver a new one. Still haven't received any feedback from him. Is this the service you get from Russels when you buy CASH from them?
