After 3 months of complaining and speaking to numerous people at EDCON my matter has still not been resolved. EDCON still refuse to amend my account payment history while i was under Debt Review. This account was paid off almost 3 years ago, and should not have aged into 8 months overdue.
Please can someone from upper level management call me to sort this issue out urgently as it`s affecting my overall credit score.
Please also make sure that there is no enquiry done on the credit bureau as you have already done over 5 enquiries on my name to sort the same query!!!
