I have not even started a relationship with Dial Direct and already I have only received very bad service.
I called them for a quote and they quoted me an amount. When I called to activate the policy, the amount they quoted me went up by almost a hundred rand (They could not give me a logical reason as to why this was). I told them to not activate the policy, I would get back to them on whether I wanted the policy or not. A few days later they debited my account with almost a thousand rand, which I did not authorise. I called them to set it straight, and after a long argument wherein they said I am at fault, they agreed to refund my money. After a week of not hearing anything from them, I called them again whereby they told me that I will receive the money by Wednesday. Wednesday came and still no money in my account. I had to call them once again... Now they tell me I am a different bank as them and it will take another 3 working days for the money to be in my account. The communication from their side is non-existent. Every time I needed to call them!!! What they say, and what actually happens are two very different things!!! I considered using the, but not after this!!!
