I WANT MY REFUND

MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED FOR THE AMOUNT OF R159 AND I LOGDED A COMPLAIN BECAUSE I CLOSED THE ACCOUNT. I LODGED A COMPLAIN AND REQUESTED MY REFUND. MTN PROMISED TO REFUND ME, BUT THEY ONLY REFUNDED THE AMOUNT OF R63. PLEASE DONT PLAY GAMES WITH ME, I WANT MY FULL REFUND. I PUT A NOTICE IN OCTOBER FOR THE CANCELLATION AND MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED IN NOV AND DECEMBER. DONT PUSH ME TO TAKE LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST YOU. IM SURE YOU DONT WANT THAT. I SUGGEST YOU PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE BEFORE END OF TOMORROW.
HERE IS MY REFERENCE NO FOR MY CANCELLATION THAT I WAS GIVEN IN OCTOBER WHEN I CANCELLED THE CONTRACT IM SURE YOU WILL SPEED UP THE PROCESS. REF: 105661431
