I'm not sure if Dial-a-Bed operates on East-Coast American time, but they assured me that my bed would be delivered at 9am this morning. Since 9am is at the very start of the day, I called my boss and told them I would be 30 minutes late for work.
It is now 15:25 and I have had to frantically work from home, whilst the (lying) staff at Dial-a-Bed have been telling me for the past two hours that my bed has been loaded onto the truck and it is on its way (this is a because my home is about a 3 minute drive from the store)
I'm glad that Dial-a-Bed is so happy to waste my time and treat their consumers like trash (especially considering I've paid already)
I highly recommend that you buy your beds/mattresses ANYWHERE else.
