PATHETIC SERVICE FROM FINANCE DEPARTMENT

I PAID R9000 INSTEAD OF R900 INTO MY EDGARS ACCOUNT IN ERROR ABT 3 WEEKS AGO. I HAVE TRIED SINCE THEN TO GET THE FINANCE/CUSTOMER RELATIONS/ACCOUNTS DBN AND JHB TO ASSIST. I HAVE LIASED WITH ELSIE VORSTER / SHEILA MBATHA / ZINHLE MHLONGO AND TO DATE I HAVE RECEIVED NO RE-IMBURSEMENT, INSPITE OF ME STRESSING TO THESE CONSULTANTS THAT IM IN A CRISIS SITUATION AND MY DEBIT ORDERS ARE RETURNING AS UNPAID. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME AND IM TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH EDGARS AND THE DONT CARE ATTITUDE I HAVE RECEIVED THUS FAR. IM HOLDING EDGARS RESPOSIBLE FOR ALL THE EXCESS CHARGES SO FAR OF R135 PER RETURN DEBIT. IM NOW GOING TO TAKE ALL THESE EMAILS WITH PROOF OF WHAT I HAVE SENT THROUGH TO EDGARS AND THE RESPONSES I HAVE RECEIVED SO FAR TO THE OMBUDSMEN. ITS SHOCKING TO REALISE THE COMPANY YOU HAVE BASICALLY SUPPORTED FOR THE LAST 20 TO 25 YEARS ACTUALLY GIVES A ABOUT THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS. TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH THIS SERVICE FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER FROM EDGARS. I HAD TO TAKE A TEMPORARY LOAN FROM MY BANK TO COVER THE CHARGES SO FAR AND I HAVE INCURRED A FURTHER R390 ADDITIONAL CHARGES. EDGARS IS NOW LIABLE FOR R135 R135 R390 = R660 IN ADDITION TO MY R8000.
