Edgars your identity/false account/no respon

I had an Edgars Awards Account but no Edgars Account for the last five years. I got messages from MBD ATTORNEYS in December 2011 to say that I am in arrears of my account. I went to Edgars, lodged my dispute, with the Affidavit from the Police, (at my own expense)!!! to say that I do not have an account with Edgars. December 2012 the same thing happened again, got SMS from MBD to say that I owe Edgars money. In January went to Edgars at the Kollonade again with Affidavit to say I do not have an Edgars Account and that the matter should be investigated because I suspected that somebody at Edgars accounts are using my identity and personal particulars to buy on my so-called account. The Edgars employee said that they were off line and could not give me a copy of the said complaint send to their HQ. Edgars Employee said they would send the dispute form but that the system was off line. Received more messages from MBD saying that I am in arrears. Went to Edgars Kollenade again today - same thing - they are offline - cannot give me proof that that they did send my previous dispute.
