LATE CHARGES

I opened an Edgars account 15 years ago and for the first time I have been billed for 'late charges' that are FOUR TIMES the repo rate. In the past, Edgars accounts used to close on the 9th or the 10th of the month and suddenly they charge 'late charges' if you pay later than the first date of the month. I do not need this company, I can buy my colognes and beauty products at Discem at a much cheaper rate than with them. An Edgars card used to be a convenient way of shopping because one knew that one could still pay up to the 8th and not incur any charges. Now, I would rather use interest-free methods of paying for goods at other companies. YOU HAVE JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER.
