I recently took my printer cartridges to ink drop for a refill. After printing 3 pages, the printer stopped working, stating that "my ink has run out, please replace".
I went back to Ink Drop to query this, only to have their employees, Janine and another trainee, treat me rudely and with a lot of attitude. They were very unhelpful, pathetic service from the two and I would not recommend this company to anyone after receiving the service that I did.
Prior to refilling, these cartridges were in perfect working condition, and now they do not work in my printer.
