5 years ago i had an account with Edgars, and at that time was unemployed as i was retrenched, duly informing Edgars thereof! It was about a few months that i got a call from a lawyers to say that i owe this huge amount, i received the letter that the account has been scraped years ago, but its impossible that i still have that letter. To worsen matters, i have been blacklisted and now cant apply for a home loan, . which i have to! I been contacting Edgars on several occasions, received paid up letters and forwarded it to the head office, been tho the shop twice a week, to get this sorted out. TILL DATE NO ONE HAS COME BACK TO ME, THINGS ARE STILL ON MY NAME AND I STILL CANNOT APPLY FOR A HOME LOAN, OR SORT OUT MY FINANCES. THIS IS THE MOST APPALLING SERVICES THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE, SURELY EDGARS HAS LOST A VALUED CUSTOMER, AND I WILL BE MOST Appalled IF I SHOULD RECOMMEND SOMEONE TO GO TO EDGARS. DEEPLY DISGUSTED AND DISGRACED.
