I paid my monthly Edgars account instalment, however when I did the internet transfer I over paid Edgars. I called the Edgars call centre to assist, but I was advised that I must call Edgars remittance department to assist with a refund. The call centre agent provided me with an email address and direct telephone number of the person who deals with remittance. To date I have not had any acknowledgement or feedback from Edgars about my query. I am now sitting in a situation where I cannot pay any other of my monthly commitments as I require Edgars to refund me the over payment.
I sincerely hope someone from Edgars remittance dept can assist me urgently?
