Last 2 months i was billed for late charges on my account, after noticing the payment dates on the account, i saw it is the 1st day of the month. June account again my payment date was the 2nd June.
Unfortunately i paid my account after these days, and Edgars levied LATE PAYMENT charges.
Does Edgars realise some of us gets paid the last day of the month! If you cannot pay the following day as per your account, you get penalised with Late Payment charges.
Is this Fair to us as consumer?
Is Edgars running a honest, ethical, social responsible business?
If Edgars has 3 million customers, all levied late payment, because we dont pay on the 1 or 2nd day of the month, how much money are they defrauding us with? With no services rendered!
Sorry Edgars, but according to me you are not fair, honest, or socially responsible.
