In December 2012 I purchased an iPad with Retina display. When I asked about the iCare plan I was told it was not available in store and must be purchased from the nearest iStore. When I asked at the iStore I was told that it must be purchased with the device and cannot be sold seperately.
I am now landed up with a cracked screen surround and a broken lightning connector and a R4200 bill that could have been avoided if your shop had been able to sell the iCare in the first place
SORT IT, NOW! I AM NOT A MAN TO BE MESSED WITH!
