After Purchasing a Fossil watch for R2300.00 the strap clip mechanism broke after 1 month. The watch is still in mint condition so not caused by abuse. I took the watch in for repairs at the Centurion Mall branch where I was told that this was not part of the warranty??? If this is the type of inferior product that Fossil sells for R2300.00 and it breaks after 1 month the I would seriously reconsider buying or recommending this product in future.
After it was booked in for repair I'm now told that it takes 6-8 weeks for it to be fixed and this is totally unacceptable!!
