Over priced gerbera-dying

I bought a gerbera daisy plant from you plus minus a week a go. I planted it next to my other gerberas, bought the potasium tablets your assistant suggested, and it is busy dying. I wouldn't mind so much, but the plant cost R100. At the till I put down 1 gerrbera because ur plants were not in a good condition
