BOUGHT WATCH MARCH AT STERNS LOCH LOGAN> MONTH 2 STRAP BEGAN TO PEEL OFF> MONTH 5 WATCH CASING FOR THE PIN BROKE WHERE CONNECTED TO THE FACE. HANDED IN FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. AS FAR AS I KNOW THE STRAP IS EXCLUDED FROM THE GUARANTEE - BUT I DONT BELIEVE THEY CAN 'EXCLUDE' THE PLACE WHERE THE FACE CASING BROKE - POOR QUALITY DEFINATELY. CAME BACK R250 FOR REPAIR, WHICH I REFUSED TO PAY AS I DEMANDED THEY REPLACE THE FACE, THEN R180 AND THEN R160 - WHICH I STILL REFUSED AS I PAID FOR THE WATCH TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION. WATCH THEN RETURNED - NEEDLESS TO SAY WITHOUT THE PIN!!! - WHICH I ALSO PAID FOR? BUSY WRITING A LETTER TO STERNS AS WELL, TO FIND OUT HOW THE CAN SELL A PRODUCT OF THIS POOR QUALITY AND AFTER SALE SERVICE. SERVICE FROM STERN STAFF AT LOCH LOGAN - NO PROBLEM BUT FROM TOMATO'S SIDE - DISAPPOINTING. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY ANY TOMATO PRODUCT!
