On the 10th of October 2013 I went to Edgars boulders, I was almost the last customer in the store. I went ti fit my clothes and paid. When I go to the door to my suprise there was no security guard and there were 2 ladies packing the store and I ask them to call the security for me as my fiance was waiting for me outside. The 2 ladies told me to go look for the security and tell her I want to go out. I had to wait at the door for over 25 minutes and every body went all over the store not willing to help me as they said rhey were preparing to close. I then had to shout for as my husbad was already calling and was complaing that I had been in the store for long. The security lady came and told me when she left the door nobody was thre and ask me what was i still doing as the store was closed long time ago. I told her I had been waiting for her to come open for and also told her that she does not have any right to ask me as a customer all the questions she did. I was very disappointed with the service and also with the waty the staff and the security reacted on that particular day. I request an apology in writting and also for them to be disciplined and get the feedback of their dsciplinary
