On the 05.05.2013 we visit the Jet Mart shop in Nelspruit we were standing outside up to 9h00 and they don, t open the shop so I knock on the door no respond after 5 min a guy come to open the door but he didn, t allow us to go in he only allow the security officer so I ask him why didn, t they open the shop because all the surrounding shop already open so he check his watch and shut the door in our faces then it was already 10 past nine so I told him i am going to put a complaint in then he let us go inside the shop was very dirty no body greet us and no one was on the floor to assist us so we walk out the store and go to Edgars accross the street what a shopping experience even the security guard greet us at the door Jet staff have no art of service towards their customers sies man
