I can't begin to explain the disgust i feel right now after the treatment I was given by the security guard upon entering the store. I came straight from work went to Truthworths to pay my account, I am not sure what you would call the device that makes a beep sound as you walk into a store but it went off, the lady then said its fine you can go pay, i did and walked out, went to edgars which is right opposite Truthworths. the same thing happened, Instead of being asked nicely if i had bought something that still had a metal tag or something, I was harrassed by the security guard. the ladies from Truthworths were watching and one of them came to tell him the same thing happened when I entered their store. He didnt care to listen, He stripped my bag and took out all I had including my medication which he scanned one by one for everyone to see. My frustration is that I had to be treated in such a manner as if I had been in their store and something. Had I entered the store, I would understand if he had suspicions but not on arrival. He didnt care to listen. I will never set my foot in that store again & would rather travel a distance to find better service. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE!
