What a Service we received at Mr Price Jabulani Mall. What does it mean when a signage outside says trading hours 9h00 to 18h00? We got to the store at 17h45 only to be told that the store is closed and they can't open for us. We tell them of the closing tym which is 18h00 and the security lady at the door insists that the store Is closed and they won't open for us. We asked for a manager to come clarify to us wIth regards to the closing tym only to be told manager is busy. Eventually they opened for us we wasted ten mInutes of our tym. We inside and we need to go to the fitting rooms and we are told is closed. We ask for the manager and we get told they don't have a manager working if we need assistance we need to go to the front at cash tills and get some1 to assist us. When we get to the tills one Of the staff members we tell her about our frustration regarding the bad service we received 1st at the door and also no one to assist at the fitting rooms. She explains to us that the store closes at 17h45 because of the security of the customer and staff needs to leave the store by 18h00.We need clarity as to what tym is the store supposed to close and also why customer are treated bad.
