I misplaced my smart shopper card and went to the store in question to get a replacement card. Arrived at the customer care counter with nobody in sight. Just a board stating closed for now. Stood around for 5 minutes and nobody and I mean nobody were interested in me. Did not even make an effort to assist me. I will not run after your staff enquiring why the counter is closed. Bottom line you're staff is clearly doing their own thing in this store and the Manager is to blame for this nobody else of this store. I specifically went to Pick n pay for the replacement card and you as pick pick pay will now make an effort to courier a new card to me and link it to my previous card, as this will teach you to value clients. Also train your cashiers about the Discovery credit card which is linked to the smart shopper card that it is in essence a smartshopper card at the till, without the benefit that it does not work on your smartshopper kiosk to print vouchers etc.
