Smart Shopper card was swapped at the till

Everybody likes to use their smart shopper card, I use my card during the year save up the points I get and I use the money available for Christmas party for disabled children. My card was swapped with another at the till. When you purchase your goods you give the smart shopper card and it is swiped to get points, mine was swapped by the cashier and they then gave me another persons card. The second time I used this card it says cancelled. I spoke to the complaints at the store. She phoned the customer care, and no help, I phoned them spoke to Louis, he handled it and said, sorry they cannot help me. They have to investigate, up until now no Feedback My points worth of R630 someone used all my points, and now they just say sorry!!! you have R145. I went back to the Glen Ballad Pick Pay in Kempton and spoke to them, they did promise me feedback last week Tuesday 4 days after I had went there, now I have asked them when I went there to shop, what is happening and they just say will look into it. Today is Tuesday another week later. This is how I see this, the people working at the till keep smart shoppers with them. Swap it around and then use that money. Disgusting.
