I have been writing emails to Pick n Pay with no luck, I had a smartshopper card but i lost my card. I was advised by the cashier to fill in a form and gave me another card stating that my point will be allocated to the new card but i had to wait for atleast a month, now it is 3 months and still nothing ..I have been emailing them with no responce what so eve
