On Tuesday the 08October 2013, I lost my phone in a taxi on my way to work, I reported the phone with my service provider to Blacklist the phone. I went to police station to report the phone. I then went to edgars to report the phone. I submitted all the supporting documents and I was told my claim will be procest in 24hours I should receive a call and another phone as my old one was insured. I even paid R1030, the lady at edgars she said its for access.which I don't understand but I paid anyway.until today I haven't heard anything from edgars or whoever the phone its insured with. I am very angry cause I haven't heard from them but I paid and submitted all the itc ref number and a case number and affidavit.please hellopeter can you sort out this people because the only thing they know its to eat our money but when its time for them to help us, its another story.
