Edgars is running a phone!!

On the 02/03/2013, my cellphone was. It is now May month, and i am still battling with Edgars to pay-out my phone claim. The day after my phone was, I went to the Kenilworth branch to report it, and was informed that I need to get a case number from the police station. Due to their operational hours, i cant always get there before closing, so i asked if i could go to the Claremont branch instead, as they are open till later. When i went there, i had to open a New incident report alltogether, and was informed that instead of case number (as per previous request) i needed an affidavit instead. Unfortunately due to a family crisis, i could not go the following day and had to go 2 days later. When i provided an affidavit;and a case number (for just incase) i was told that i cant claim my phone insurance, since the "48 hour time period" has elapsed. It is very frustrating and disgusting the way Edgars looks for loopholes to avoid making payment claims even when you provide them with their varying document requirements. I think its bad enough we have to be wary of online, but it looks like now we have to add Edgars to the list as well!!!
