I have cellphone insurance hrough edgars n I submitted my documents 2 weeks ago where they said that I must check after a week on my claim and wehn I called them on monday they said thay haven't received feedback from the insurance, so I requested for the edcon contact centres number to check for myself and they said that my phone is not registered. I insured my blackberry 9300 through edgars and claimed for it and got a new 9320 and they told me that the insurance swaps over so the 9320 is now covered but now when I'm claiming for this 9320 this is not the case they say that they have the 9300 on record. I pay a monthly intalment on this phone so I have tha assurance that I'm covered no matter what may happen I know that I'm covered. I would like for edcon to sort out this issue as I am not going to settle for anything less I expect nothing but good service from them. And this totally not acceptable as I do not believe that I can be told that I have insured a phone and when I claim for it its not there.
