Insurance claim for a new phone

SERVICE DELIVERY IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING at Edgars Active Thabong shopping centre.
I'm seriously annoyed with this bad customer service!!! it's just unacceptable!!! I sent my documents for a claim for a phone on the 29 September 2013. I never heard a single word then. On 5 October 2013 I again went to Edgars, mind due I have to take a taxi to go their (used R18) only to be told that on the system it shows that they still need supporting documents; I asked what documents coz I left everything with them to carry on with my claim. Then the consultant says that he won't be able to say which documents are missing reason being that he doesn't work with cell phones. okay fine. what happened to staff being multi skilled. sharp then he goes on to say that I have to come during the week to try sort this out.. gosh I have to be at work during the week, it's bad enough that they won't be paying me back my money for a day of. Nor the R18 I used. 2 days passed Today is Wednesday, haven't heard a thing. Am lost for words, I feel like closing my account, am not getting any joy. i need my feedback on my claim. 11days with out a phone is getting to me. please sort this mess out.
