I brought a Defy chest Freezer on the 03/05/2013 this year and last Thursday it just stopped working and won't get cold.

I read the manual and tried everything and it will not work, Yesterday I noticed the unit did not have 2 floor legs on the right side and the left side did have them.

I am 100% sure I was sold a demo unit or Refurbished one, when it should be new. Due to this fact I had to throw away R2500 worth of meat.

Please can my i=unit be exchanged for a new one like I should have gotten and want a refund on the food that got wasted
