I got a call on Wednesday regarding my Edgars account in arrears, the lady that phoned had a bad attitude. I told her I dont know about the amount that she gave me and i will call back after i check my statements and sort it out. She said i have to make arrangements to pay now, I said no i will check my statements and call back then she just put down the phone in my ear. I then phoned the call centre back on 0860112442, made arrangements with the lady that I will pay by Monday 14th she said fine arrangement made and query resolved. Today i get a call from Lucky also with attitude about my account. I asked does your people not make notes of what customers tell you, cause i made arrangements already on Wednesday, he clicked his tongue and put the phone down in my ear. I called the call centre back and the lady that answered said she doesnt know who is Lucky's manager, I asked to speak to the collections manager, she told me please wait and the call was cut again.
