Being in Management position justify poor service

I placed an order online, My package was sent all over South Africa, even though the courier phoned me to confirm the delivery address. The credit manager phones me and tells me she is happy I dont work for her company as I have bad attitude complaining about my parcel that I still have not recieved after weeks. So senior positions justify their errors.
