Pathetic Customer Service

I tried to open up an account at edgars today and got past on from person to person as people went on tea breaks. Got put on to call centre who said whole process will take 15 minutes then I can start using card. After 309 minutes I got told on the phone by a lady called Shaiheeda that I needed to get 3 month bank statements as I only earn comission, then everyhting will be fine. I went to my bank came back, then got put onto another lady, who actually tried hard named Mfundo. She faxed statements through to call centre who carried on saying hold 5 minutes and call your store manager who was too busy to help me. The call centre kept messing us aound for 1 hour and 30 minutes to eventually tell me my request to open up an account was denied because i only earn comission and not a basic. They knew thois 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES EARLIER! I was made to wait, time was completely wasted, I had to pay for parking, was extremely hungry and made very irratable, so I felt lousy. Was a horrible experience and I am SO PUT OFF EDGARS!!!
