I have ordered a bed cover but did not like it when I got it the curtains I cant use because it is not the same as my curtain rail and the colour was not great . so I wanted to return it I called homechoice to find out what I need so she told me everything and I said is there anything els the lady said no. when I had time to got to the post office the lady said I need to get brown paper so I can gift the box just like I got it . in the week I cant get brown paper it was out . and I missed my expiry date by one day so could not send it know I had to pay the first month past did not hear from homechoice I called the 2cd month arrange for a debt order with a lady one the phone, 2 weeks later another lady call and said I did not paid she did not find the debt order on the system so I cried and told her do it know the payment is going to get more she said its going to go of the 1st October but it did not, I call and still waiting to hear if my debt order has gone of, they costing me money for there mistakes and I don't like it, I don't have a car to get to the bank and draw money, it the 3rd month know that my debt order did not gone of, and the lady admit its homecoice fault.
