My account was handed offer to your debt collection agency without any notification which I however is my fault. But this agency is doesn't know what they doing. They call me on various times of the month and re-make arrangements with you, they phone me to my work and cell phone demanding my I'd number and its embarresing in front of people even though my arrangements are kept.
Today they call me again telling me my account isn't paid and sending me sms's telling me my arrangements aren't kept. It was paid 3days ago.
Please can this account be taken back to Edgars and that I can pay my account and make arrangements directly with you as I'm tired of this now!!!
