I have a personal cheque account, due to unforeseen things my account went into arrears, and fnb wasn't happy with the payments i had made, they then handed me over to a lawyer called connack muller and co they are based in Benoni, i spoke to their people and made arrangements to repay, now a week ago i get a call from someone at REVCO saying my account is with them, i told them but i had signed a form to say im acknowledging debt and repayment, they need to check their stuff. Today i get a call from a lady not at all telling me who she is and from where she is phoning, and demanding i must make arrangements with them within 7 days or else.. i told her but i made arrangements with another place then, the lady then said i must not pay them and need to go to FNB to sort it out, i explained to her i work Monday to sat and work in the bush, far away from banks, her whole attitude towards me was, if FNB is employing revco to do collections they need to speak to them so that they grow some manners.
Also FNB should be the one to call me and advise if things have changed, again im disappointed with the level of service coming from FNB and its partners.
