CALL CENTRE NOT UPDATING DATA ON SYSTEM

Since Monday 22/4/13 I received numerous calls from the same company regarding my Edgars account that was in arrears. The lady phoned on my cell and ask "can I speak to Andre". When asking Andre who she couldnt give me the surname and just keep quiet and the phone went down. I phoned the nr that was on my cell and spoke to man who said he will make a note that I did make arrangements with Edgars to settle this acocunt end of April. On Tuesday 23/4/13 the calls started again. Once again I explained that there is an arrangement in place with Edgars. Once again the man I spoke to confirmed he with put that on the system. On Wednesday 24/4/13 the same lady who contacted me on Monday once again said "can I speak to Andries". I asked her what is the surname, once again she didnt answer me. Another lady phoned again and I told her about the arrangement made with Edgars already. Yet 2 minutes later ANOTHER lady contacted me. Why cant they update the system. Theire attitude is very bad and unacceptable. I wil write a letter to the newspapers to help me with this attitude. Why do the people harrash me like this??
