CellC sent my phone to RAM for delivery on Monday the 13th May, and the delivery came through while I was not available, and again on Tuesday the 14th May which i was out of the office. i then called RAM couriers to amke arrangements of when it will be suitable, and i was told they cannot give me a time to deliver, so i requested for my delivery to be made on Thursday before 2pm, as i was not going to be available on wednesday. to my surprise, teh delivery came on wednesday and since i was not there i could not take delivery of my phone. i called the call centre today, thursday the 16th and i was told the parcel has been sent to cellc and got attitude to go with it. now what hapepned to teh arrangemnts made i asked and i just got attitude and i was told after 3 attempts teh phone is sent back...
this is appauling to say the least, i do not sit at my phone all day waiting for deliveries and would rather make proper arrangements to be available for delivery, is it not what service is about.
