You will need to start with the basics: "When you hear that annoying ringing sound, go to this device and pick it up", as apparently nobody there has the necessary skills to actually do that, I called 5 times and left it ringing until such time as Telkom decided enough is enough and cut the call, which is about 2 minutes. So basically about half dozen people either blatantly ignored 10 minutes of ringing or stood around the phone staring with baffled looks on their faces wonder to do.
