I bought a new cricket bat from Sportmans Warehouse 3 Weeks ago. I called today to ask if I can bring my bat in for them to knock it in and they confirmed that it is in order, when I arrived there with my bat they say to me that there is no one who can knock in the bat. Why do I have to waste my time and money to call them to confirm but when I get there they can not help me. That is just pathetic
