35 minutes and still holding

Lodged claim for lightning damage at 1pm 28 Nov 2013, was informed that the claims dept would contact me with 48 hours. No-one had called by 9am 3 Dec 2013, so I attempt to contact the claims dept on the tel number they provided. After listening to the message "all our consultants are busy, please hold" for 25 mins, eventually I perk up as I hear an actual ringing tone from the other end. Yippee, my call is about to be answered. WRONG. phone keeps ringing for an additional 10 mins before I've reached the limit of my patience and end the call. Someone please let me know whats happening with my claim.
