Bad response and feedback

Good day
it is now three weeks I put in my claim. First they sms me a contractor name he doesn't
respond so I phone him he is too busy. Then I phone again and ask for another contractor
yes we will find you another contractor but no sms with a new contractor. So I phone every day
in and every day it is the same answer but nothing happens. Today somebody answer the phone
because all the people are busy and I phone the manager but that line is also ringing and ringing.
I told the people that the rain is doing more damage now so when my stoep is falling then there
is more damage to my property so please do something before it is to late.
