Morning,
Can you explain to me how in a phone for a store can ring while the shop is open without being answered and 10 seconds after ringing when dialed again it is engaged?
I have been trying to get hold of this store (gateway branch) since Friday the 12th of July and all I am met with is a ringing phone. all I wanted information on is if you have a cable for the Samsung ES75 camera and what the price would be and i have yet to speak to someone.
Is this how Samsung does business? Can someone in the retail trade in this day and age afford to ignore customers?
