On 16 September 2013 I complained about Fochini's brochures that advertise a dress and chiffon top which did not match those that were on their racks as a set. Two weeks later after I complained about the fact that nobody got in touch with me. Only after the second complaind somebody from the customer services eventually phoned me. She promised that I will be contacted by the manager of the Fochini branch at the Goldfields mall in Welkom - this did not happen. Yesterday I was surprised to receive a response on my Hello Pieter complaint in that the issue was resolved. There was to date no resolution. So what are we going to do?
